The BF Goodrich Drag Radials are 275/40 ZR-17 tires mounted on stock Impala rims. They measure 25.6" in diameter. The stock BF Goodrich tires are 255/50 ZR-17 tires, which measure 27" in diameter.
The tires lower the car about 3/4" in the rear. The smaller diameter also lowers the effective rear-end ratio by about 5 percent, which in my case makes it 3.60:1.
The drag radials are so sticky that rocks from the parking lot are still stuck to the tires. To get rid of the rocks, I HAVE to do a burn-out on the track, which is why you shouldn't get behind my car when I am doing a burn-out.
